This music keeps the same beat throughout, so you can switch moves through the song whenever you observe that they are ready.

It starts with poses to connect them to the song.

Then add a pose and bounce. Invite levels, interesting poses. Encourage their uniqueness and build confidence.

Teach the Double Down. Just bounce and step. Encourage them to get low and give it a hip hop style.

To teach in out, show them (it’s a jumping jack) and hold (or bounce). Get them to connect to that rhythm. Then invite in options: travel, show me arms, get low.
