Purpose: Tune into the body through gentle circular movement and connect deeply to the music.


First Move: OTS Circulation
Center first. Breathe in, listen to the music, let it settle into your body.
“Remember you don’t need to see me, just hear my voice, stay facing your own direction.”
Start with gentle circles of your head in a way that feels good to you.
Maybe your shoulders want to join, let them circle in their own way.
Keep your knees soft, deepen your breath, make it a little dance.
Can you keep it slow and connected to the music?
Next bring in your arms, circling, stretching, reaching through all levels.
Notice your elbows, your wrists, your fingers, let them dance too.
Take time between your words, allow them time to explore and tune in.
If you reach farther, do your feet want to move, maybe turn and face a new direction?
Add some hip circles, maybe some knee circles, keep your whole body dancing slowly and gently.
What happens if you go lower than you have before?
Support as you need, honor your body, you can’t get this wrong.
See if you can dance and more in a way you haven’t moved yet, make it yours.
Pause gently, feel the flow in the room, connected to the music.
