Purpose: Shake that ass.


First Move: OTS Body Pump
Open your legs, bend your knees and start pumping the whole body, chest and booty together with attitude.
Let the head, arms and shoulders join the groove, make it big or small, dance it your way.
Can you feel the beat pumping through your whole body right now?
You could stay on the spot or step a little side to side if it feels good.
Add your style and personality, your way is the right way.


Second Move: Groove Down
Take it on down now, groove it down low with your knees bending and your body dancing.
How low can you go while you keep the groove alive in your body?
Dance your way all the way down and then slowly groove it back up again.
You could travel a little or stay right where you are and really feel the levels.
Show me your style as you rise back up, you can’t get it wrong.


Third Move: I See You Baby / Shake That Ass
Point to somebody with attitude, I see you baby, show them you see them.
Now shake that ass, change direction and shake it again with a little bounce.
Who else do you see in the room right now? Point and shake with them.
You could add a little jump or keep it grounded and gritty if that feels better.
Show off that booty and your personality, dance it your way.


Fourth Move: Dance Walk
Walk it out with confidence, funky and cool like you own the dance floor.
Let the arms swing, the head groove and the attitude shine through your body.
Have you tried turning or walking backwards yet?
You could strut past someone and give them a little look of confidence.
Add your style and swagger, no one can do it for you.


Fifth Move: OTS Fast Feet Booty Shake
On the spot now, fast feet underneath you and shake that booty.
Shake, shake, shake, keep the feet quick and let the hips wiggle.
Can you make that booty shake even more as the music builds?
You could go faster, deeper in the knees or add your arms dancing.
Show off your style and shake it your way, you can’t get it wrong.
