First Move: 123 Tap
Chin up, shoulders back, very confident, very powerful, very regal.
Here we go, 123 tap, 123, tap, bring those feet together on the tap.
Lift the arm, keep the chin up, shoulders down, very present in your body.
Can you feel that regal posture in your spine?
Two, three, tap, beautiful, expressive and strong.
You can play with turning if that feels good, show me how you dance it with your whole body.
Keep it bold, keep it lifted, your way is the right way.


Second Move: OTS Poses
Now powerful poses, strong and expressive, not just static but moving with power.
Use your whole body, let the pose travel through you.
Can you change your level if you want, maybe high and then grounded?
Elegant and expressive, breathe big with it.
Show off your style, add your personality to every shape.
You can’t get it wrong, make it yours and own it.


Third Move: Shuffle or Hand Grab
Now either shuffle or hand grab, know your class and what works best for you.
If you’re shuffling, keep it light and soft, 123, 123, 123, 123, very open and easy through the room.
Even in the shuffle, chin is up and shoulders are back, stay regal.
If you’re hand grabbing, walk through the space with one hand out, grab hands and keep switching.
Can you keep inviting new partners and create that interaction together?
Keep going, open it, breathe into it, create connection as a group.
No one can do it for you, dance it your way and make it beautiful.


Fourth Move: Stomp
Here we go, stomp, follow the music, strong and powerful.
Chin up, arms up, let the stomp match the accents in the song.
It’s not consistent, so listen closely and respond to the music.
If you want to clap or snap with it, that’s fine, you could layer that in.
Can you feel the strength in your feet and the power in your chest?
Stay expressive, stay bold, your way is the right way.
